You have tried everything to feel at home in your body. Here, healing comes through movement, nourishment, and faith, honoring the body God gave you, without medication or surgery.
One-on-one, in a small group, online or in person. Hover or tap any card to see what's included.
Another diet, another program, another plan that faded by February. Real change is quieter than that. It looks like tools you keep, a body you trust, and someone in your corner.
No judgment and no one-size plans. We start with where you are, what you love, and what your life actually looks like.
One-on-one or in a small group, online or in person, someone real checks in, adjusts the plan, and cheers you on.
The goal was never a quick fix. You learn the tools to keep what you build, long after our sessions end.

We spend a full hour together, in person or online. We talk about where you are, what you have tried, and what you want your life to feel like, then formulate a plan for your fitness and nutritional goals. There is no pressure to continue. The hour is valuable on its own.
The program is $297 a month for six months. That covers your weekly themes, ongoing accountability, and a plan that adjusts as your life does. Everyone starts with the $75 consultation first, so the plan fits you before you commit to anything.

No. Ashley is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher, not a physician. Her approach uses movement, nutrition, and lifestyle, without medication or surgery, and it works alongside your medical care, never in place of it. Keep your doctor informed about your wellness plans.
