Azady Soap began with a simple question: what's really in this? When the eczema on my fingertips finally calmed down after switching to truly natural bars, I was hooked. My husband bought me a soapmaking book, and batch after batch, I fell in love with the craft.
Coming from a background in physics, formulating soap lets me combine science and creativity every single day: how can this bar last longer, feel creamier, be gentler on irritated skin?
Azady means "freedom" in Kurdish. It's a reminder that freedom belongs to everyone, and it shapes how I move through the world, not just how I make soap.
