No. AnaMaria is a non-attorney, and she is upfront about that on everything she publishes. What she can do is prepare documents, mediate, interpret, translate, serve as Guardian ad Litem, and help you understand what the court expects from you next. If your situation needs legal advice or courtroom representation, she will tell you plainly that it is time to talk to a licensed attorney.
Do I need an attorney to work with you?
No. Many of AnaMaria’s clients are self-represented parents in custody and visitation cases. She also works alongside attorneys and accepts appointments directly from them, so wherever you are in the process, there is a way to work together.
