Will anyone find out I did this?
No. Collections happen discreetly at a public location you're comfortable with, a coffee shop, a library, your office. Results are released only to the person who paid for the service, and what you do with them is entirely up to you. Confidentiality isn't a feature here, it's the whole design.
What's the difference between a legal and an informational test?
The lab work is identical. A legal test adds a documented chain of custody, ID verification and witnessed collection, so the results hold up in court for custody, support, or immigration matters. An informational test is for your own knowledge. If there's any chance you'll need it legally later, start with the legal test.
How fast can you get to me?
Often same-day. Book at least 4 hours ahead and a $50 urgency fee applies, subject to availability. Standard appointments are usually within a day or two, and we'll confirm your exact time when you book.
What does it cost, all-in?
Prices are published right on this page and they hold. A $75 deposit reserves your appointment and goes toward your balance. The only additions are ones you'd choose: extra parties tested, same-day urgency, or mileage beyond 25 miles from Kannapolis at $0.69 per mile.
Does the swab hurt? What about testing a baby?
Not at all. It's a soft cheek swab, a few seconds per person, completely painless, and safe for children of any age, including newborns. Most kids are more curious than bothered.
What happens after I reach out?
You'll hear back quickly to confirm your appointment time, your meeting spot, and exactly what to bring (a valid ID and consent forms for anyone being tested). One short conversation, and the hard part is behind you.
