The Full Build is my by-the-project work. More pages, more moving parts, and writing that comes out of a real conversation about how your business actually runs.

We start with a conversation about your business, not about websites. What you sell, who buys it, what they ask before they buy, and what you keep having to explain on the phone. That conversation is what the site gets built out of.
Then the structure: what pages exist, what order someone moves through them, where the decision actually happens. Then the writing, every page of it. Then the build, and whatever has to run behind it. Then the launch, which I handle end to end. Four weeks, because that is honestly what it takes to do all of it well.
All five phases are included in the number you are quoted.
A working session about the business. Your services, your customers, the questions you answer over and over. I take notes so you do not have to prepare anything.
What pages exist and how someone moves through them. You approve the map before a single page gets designed, which is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind. Change it as often as you want while we are in the four weeks. I do not count rounds.
Every page written, drafted from how you actually talk and revised until it sounds like you. No filler paragraphs about passion and excellence.
Fast on a phone, fast on a laptop, and set up so Google and the AI search tools can read it properly. Booking, payments, a shop, a client area: whatever your business needs running behind the pages.
Domain pointed, old site retired, links checked. Then a walkthrough of your own site, recorded so you can watch it again in six months when you have forgotten where the button is.
You get one number, not a range, before any work begins. Three things move it.
A four page site and a fourteen page site are different amounts of thinking, designing and writing.
Booking, payments, memberships, a shop, a client area. Each one is a system to set up and test, not just a page to design.
Photos, logo, a clear list of services. If you have them we move faster. If you do not, we make them, and that is in the quote.
A $499 deposit holds your start date, and the balance is settled at kickoff. From that point on, money is off the table and all we do is build. If a different arrangement would work better for you, bring it up on the call. If your project comes in over $3,000, I will tell you on the call rather than after.
Not every site needs a project this size. Two other doors.

Discovery, structure, writing, build and launch, in that order, each one waiting on the one before it. The part that usually slows a project down is waiting on photos and approvals, so I will tell you up front exactly what I need from you and when.
No. I can build on your current platform, or host it for you. If I host it there is a monthly hosting plan, and I will show you both numbers so you can pick.
Yes. The site is yours, the domain stays in your name, and if you ever want to leave you take it with you.
I do not count them. While the project is running we work on it until it is right, however many passes that takes. You approve the structure before anything gets designed and you see the design before it gets built, which is why it rarely takes many. Once the site is launched and the project is closed, changes are $150 an hour.
Almost nobody does, and that is fine. The writing is part of the project. We have one conversation, I draft it, you tell me what does not sound like you.
Nothing you have to buy. The site is finished and it is yours. If you want it maintained, updated, or wired into the follow up system, there are monthly plans and they are optional. One off changes after launch are $150 an hour, quoted before I start so you are never surprised.
Bring your current site if you have one, and a rough idea of what the new one needs to do. You leave the call with a number and a start date.
